Eddie Grant is the hottest name in pop music, but he won't go on stage unless his back-up singers, Sheryl, Kim and Tina, perform first. On impulse, Eddie's manager, Larry, steals some counterfeit money plates belonging to Big George. Larry hides the plates inside Sheryl's teddy bear. Big George wants his plates back and shoots Larry, and Sheryl, Kim and Tina see him do it! They flee to Mulekick in the Ozark Mountains where they meet, Johnny, who is trying to open the Hot Springs Health Spa. Back in L.A., Eddie hires Eurydice, who locates the girls. Fortunately, Larry was wearing a bullet-proof vest and didn't die. But he has to get those plates. With his girlfriend he heads for Mulekick. So do Eddie and Big George. Once in the mountains Big George gets sidetracked by a federal agent. The girls will work again with Eddie on the condition that he give a concert to raise money for the Hot Springs Spa! Mulekick gets a new lease on life. (Also available as a musical.)
